Waiting on a refund? This guide explains how to check the status of your refund, the expected timelines by payment method, and what to do if it's taking longer than expected.
How to Check Your Refund Status
- Sign in to your account and go to My Orders.
- Select the relevant order, then open Return Status to see the current stage of your return and refund.
- You'll also receive email notifications at each stage (return received, refund initiated, refund completed).
If you don't have access to your order history, contact our support team with your order ID and we'll look it up for you.
Refund Timelines
Once your returned item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check, the refund is initiated within 24-48 hours. After it's initiated, the time to appear in your account depends on your original payment method:
- Credit / Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- UPI / Wallet: 1-3 business days
- Store Credit: Instant upon return approval
If Your Refund Is Delayed
- Confirm the refund was initiated: Check My Orders → Return Status for a "refund initiated" update.
- Allow for processing time: Card refunds can take up to 7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
- Check your statement and payment method: Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Still not received? Contact support with your order ID and the date the refund was initiated.
