Submit a refund request from My Orders or contact support with your order ID and reason for the refund.
Our Payments & Refunds team reviews the request against return policy, purchase date, and item eligibility.
After approval, the refund is initiated within 24–48 hours once the returned item is received and passes quality check.
The amount is credited to the original payment method (cards: 5–7 business days; UPI/wallet: 1–3 business days).
Track progress under My Orders → Return Status, or contact support if the refund exceeds the expected timeline.
