How to Return an Item & Get a Refund
Changed your mind or received a damaged item? Here's a step-by-step guide to initiating a return and getting your refund.
Return Eligibility
Most items are eligible for return within 7–30 days of delivery, depending on the product category. Items must be:
- Unused and in original packaging
- Returned with all accessories, tags, and documentation
- Not in a non-returnable category (e.g. perishables, digital downloads, innerwear)
How to Initiate a Return
- Go to My Orders and select the item you'd like to return.
- Click Return Item and choose a reason for the return.
- Select your preferred refund method (original payment source or store credit).
- Schedule a pickup or drop off the item at a nearby return point.
- You'll receive a confirmation email with your return ID and pickup details.
Refund Timeline After Return
- Item picked up: Refund is initiated within 24–48 hours after the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality check.
- Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 business days to reflect in your statement.
- UPI / Wallet: 1–3 business days.
- Store Credit: Instant upon return approval.
Tracking Your Return
You can track the status of your return under My Orders → Return Status. Email notifications will also be sent at each stage.
