Change address online
- Log in → Profile / Personal data → Address
- Enter new address and submit
- Upload proof of address if the system requests it
After updating
- Card replacements ship to the new address
- Some changes require manual review for anti-fraud
- Allow processing time before ordering a new card
Incorrect address can delay delivery and fail KYC checks.
