Before closure
- Pay outstanding balance in full (or per final statement)
- Cancel direct debits and merchant subscriptions
- Redeem or forfeit rewards per program terms if applicable
How to request closure
- Secure message or written request through support
- Confirm identity as requested
- Destroy card after confirmation email
Closure may take several business days. Retain final statement for your records.
