Once Advanzia approves your application, your free Mastercard is produced and sent to your registered address by post. Delivery times depend on your country and local postal service.
What to expect
- Email confirmation when the card is dispatched
- Plain envelope—activate only after you receive the card
- PIN may arrive separately for security
If delivery is delayed
- Check that your address in online banking is correct
- Allow the full stated delivery window before contacting support
- Report non-receipt if tracking or confirmation shows delivery but you did not receive the card
Do not use a card you did not apply for. If your mailbox was compromised, request a block and replacement through support.
