Setup overview
- Request direct debit mandate in online banking or via form
- Sign mandate with your home bank if required
- Choose full balance or minimum payment rule as offered
Important notes
- Ensure sufficient funds on debit date to avoid returned payments
- You retain right to refund under SEPA rules within stated window
- Cancel mandate through your bank and notify Advanzia
Manual transfer remains available if you prefer one-off payments.
