3D Secure adds a step when paying online with your Advanzia Mastercard. You may receive a one-time password (OTP) by SMS.
How SMS OTP works
- Enter card details at checkout
- Redirect to Advanzia or scheme authentication page
- Enter OTP sent to your registered mobile within time limit
If OTP fails
- Confirm mobile number in online banking
- Check signal and SMS filtering apps
- Retry or use alternative authentication if offered
Never share OTP with callers claiming to be support—Advanzia will not ask for it by phone.
