Can't Log In? Here's How to Recover Access to Your Account
If you're having trouble signing into your account, follow the steps below to regain access quickly.
Forgot Your Password?
- On the login page, click Forgot Password.
- Enter the email address linked to your account.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email (also check your spam/junk folder).
- Click the reset link and set a new password. The link expires in 15 minutes.
Not Receiving the OTP?
- Ensure your registered mobile number is active and has network connectivity.
- Wait up to 60 seconds before requesting a new OTP.
- Check that your number hasn't been changed — if it has, contact support to update it.
Account Locked or Suspended?
Your account may be temporarily locked after multiple failed login attempts. It will automatically unlock after 30 minutes. If your account has been suspended for policy reasons, contact our support team for a review.
Logging In with Google or Facebook
If you originally signed up using Google or Facebook, make sure to click the respective Continue with Google / Continue with Facebook button on the login page rather than entering a password manually.
