Login, OTP, and password issues on msw.ph

If you cannot log in to MegaSportsWorld at msw.ph, use these steps before contacting support.

Password reset

1. Click Can't login? on the login page
2. Follow prompts to verify identity and set a new password
3. New password must be 8–10 characters with upper/lowercase and a special character

Mobile OTP not received

• OTP is valid for 30 minutes; you can request a new OTP after 5 minutes
• Confirm your registered mobile number is active and can receive SMS
• Check spam filters; try again on stable mobile data or Wi‑Fi
