How to Reset Your Password

If you have forgotten your password or are unable to sign in, follow the steps below to reset your password and regain access to your account.

Reset Your Password Online

1. Go to the login page and click Forgot Password.
2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
3. Check your inbox for a password reset email (also check spam or junk folders).
4. Click the reset link in the email. Links typically expire within 15 minutes.
5. Enter a new password and confirm it, then click Save or Reset Password.
6. Return to the login page and sign in with your new password.

Password Requirements

• At least 8 characters long
• Include a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
• Include at least one number
• Include at least one special character (e.g. !, @, #)

Not Receiving the Reset Email?

• Confirm you entered the correct email address linked to your account.
• Wait a few minutes and check your spam or junk folder.
• Request a new reset link if the previous one has expired.
• Contact support if you no longer have access to your registered email address.

Account Locked After Failed Attempts?

Your account may be temporarily locked after multiple unsuccessful login attempts. Wait 30 minutes and try again, or contact our support team for assistance.
