Issue

Troubleshooting Steps
1. Check Your Internet Connection
Make sure your device has a stable internet connection.
Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, then attempt to log in again.
2. Restart the Application
Completely close the application and reopen it.
Try logging in again using your registered credentials.
3. Clear the Application Cache
If you are still unable to log in, clear the application's cache from your device settings.
After clearing the cache, reopen the application and try logging in again.
4. Check for the Latest Application Version
Open the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and check whether a newer version of the application is available.
If an update is available, install it and try logging in again.
5. Reset Your Password
If you continue to receive an authentication error, use the Forgot Password option on the login screen to reset your password.
After resetting your password, try logging in again.
6. Reinstall the Application
If the issue persists, uninstall the application and reinstall the latest version from the official app store.
Note: Make sure you know your login credentials before uninstalling the application.

If the issue continues after the standard troubleshooting steps, the support team will investigate the customer's account and authentication logs. If the issue is related to a recent application release, the ticket can be escalated to the appropriate technical team for further investigation.
