Warranty coverage

Electrical catering equipment sold by GoGreen UK — including milkshake mixers, blenders, and heated display units — includes a 12-month manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery. Reusable bottles and mechanical dispensers carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

What is covered

• Motor failure under normal commercial use
• Electrical faults not caused by misuse
• Structural defects in housings and welds
• Missing components at point of delivery

What is not covered

• Wear from exceeding rated duty cycles
• Damage from power surges without recommended protection
• Unauthorized repairs or modified wiring
• Consumable parts such as seals and brushes after initial supply

How to file a claim

1. Stop using the equipment and isolate the power supply
2. Record the serial number from the rating plate
3. Open a ticket with video or photos of the fault symptom
4. Our technician may request a remote diagnosis before authorising return

Repair or replace

Most claims are resolved within 5–10 working days. We may ship a loan unit for time-critical sites while yours is assessed. Replacement units carry the remainder of the original warranty period.

Extended cover

Corporate clients can add a 24-month extended service plan at purchase. The plan includes annual safety checks and priority phone support during peak trading hours.
