When will I receive tracking?
As soon as your order is picked and handed to our courier partner, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a clickable tracking link. This usually happens the same day for orders placed before the 2:00 p.m. cut-off.
How to track your parcel
- Open the tracking link in your dispatch email
- Enter your postcode if prompted for security
- Review scan events: collected, in transit, out for delivery, delivered
- Opt in to SMS updates from the courier portal if available
Split shipments
Large or mixed orders may arrive in multiple parcels. Each carton has its own tracking number listed in your dispatch summary. Do not assume the order is incomplete until all tracking numbers show as delivered.
Common tracking statuses
- Awaiting collection: label created; parcel not yet scanned by courier
- In transit: moving between hubs — allow 24 hours for the next scan
- Failed delivery: card left; rearrange delivery via the courier app
- Delivered to safe place: check porter rooms, reception, or neighbour as noted
Missing or stalled tracking
If tracking has not updated for 48 hours after dispatch, contact our support team with your order number. We will open a trace with the carrier and arrange a replacement for confirmed losses on in-stock items.
Corporate receiving tips
Add your facilities team as a secondary contact on the order. For pallet deliveries, ensure a forklift or tail-lift access point is available and note any site restrictions in the delivery instructions field at checkout.
