App Crashing or Not Loading

• Update the app: Go to the App Store or Google Play and check for updates. Outdated versions frequently cause crashes.
• Restart the app: Fully close the app and reopen it.
• Restart your device: A simple restart often clears memory issues causing crashes.
• Reinstall the app: Uninstall and reinstall to clear any corrupted cache or data.

Website Not Loading or Showing Errors

• Clear your browser cache: Go to browser settings → Clear browsing data → select "Cached images and files."
• Try a different browser: Switch to Chrome, Firefox, or Edge to rule out browser-specific issues.
• Disable browser extensions: Some extensions (ad blockers, VPNs) interfere with website functionality.
