Shipping Timelines & How to Track Your Order

Once your order is placed, here's what you can expect in terms of delivery timelines and how to track your shipment in real time.

Standard Delivery Timelines

Metro cities: 2–3 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–5 business days
Remote areas: 5–7 business days
Express delivery: Same day or next day (available for select pin codes)

Note: Timelines are indicative and may vary during peak seasons, sales events, or due to courier delays.

How to Track Your Order

Go to My Orders and click on the order you want to track.
Click Track Shipment — you'll see the current status and estimated delivery date.
You can also use the tracking link sent to your registered email or SMS after dispatch.

Order Status Explained

Order Confirmed: Your order has been received and is being prepared.
Packed: Your item has been packed and is awaiting pickup by the courier.
Shipped / In Transit: The courier has picked up your order and it's on its way.
Out for Delivery: Your order is with the delivery agent and will arrive today.
Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered.

What If My Order Is Delayed?

If your order hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, please wait an additional business day as courier delays can occasionally occur. If it's still not delivered, contact our support team with your order ID and tracking number.
